Program registration starts at 8am on June 5 & 6
Summer programs will be available for review starting May 1, 2024.
Registered programs for Summer 2024 are scheduled to begin in July 2024.
Healthy active aging
Enjoy access to drop-in classes and registered programs specifically designed for older adults.
A Senior Centre membership is required for all registered and drop in programs at Ancaster Seniors Achievement Centre (ASAC), Sackville Hill Senior Centre and Flamborough Senior Centre.
New! Recreation Spring Program Registration starts on March 27 & 28 at 8am for Recreation Centres and 10am for Older Adult 55+ Seniors Centres. Visit www.hamilton.ca/registration for details.
Recreation / Senior Centres and Arenas are fully operational, and Customer Service counters are now able to process card payments in addition to payments by cash and cheque.
Admission fees for Recreation drop-in programs (e.g., drop-in pool, skating, basketball, etc.), membership sales and renewals will resume effective Friday, March 22, 2024.
Service Disruptions:
- Golf Courses will be closed temporarily beginning Monday, March 25th for seasonal maintenance to prepare for a Spring opening. This is unrelated to the cybersecurity incident.
- The Senior Centre Without Walls phone line is not operational. This program is canceled during the outage.

Virtual Programs
Older Adult programs provide an opportunity to explore new interests in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Programs are led by specialized instructors, developed for individuals 55+ years, and intended for all skill levels.
Virtual Programs are intended for Hamilton residents only, additional fees or restrictions may apply for non residents.
