Schedules & Detours

As a result of the Boxing Day Run, Routes 4 and 6 will be on detour, Thursday, December 26, 2024, from 12 noon to 2:30 pm. Detour details, including a list of closed stops, temporary stop locations can be found below.

Minor delays are expected on the following routes, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, and 20 at the following intersections:

• King at Hughson
• Barton at Hughson
• Cannon at Hughson
• James at Murray
• Main at Hughson

Minor delays are expected on the following routes, 21, 22, 23, 24,26, 26, 27, 33, and 35 at the following intersection:

• King at Hughson

Detour Details:

Route 4 Bayfront:

• Eastbound:  From MacNab Street and Murray Street, continue north on MacNab Street, right on Strachan Street, left on James Street and resume regular routing.
• Westbound: Delays expected. No detour. 

Route 6 Aberdeen:

• Westbound: From Longwood Road and Glen Road, turning right on Glen Road, right on Macklin Street to the temporary end-of-line on Macklin Street, north of King Street (Macklin at Glen bus stop).
• Eastbound: From the temporary end-of-line on Macklin Street, north of King Street (Macklin at Glen bus stop), turning right on King Street and resume regular routing.

Route 4 Bayfront, eastbound:

• James opposite West Harbour GO

Route 6 Aberdeen, westbound:

• Longwood at Edgevale
• Longwood at Norwood
• Longwood at Franklin
• Princess Point Loop

Route 6 Aberdeen, eastbound:

• Princess Point Loop
• Macklin at Kay Drage Park
• At 100 Macklin
• Macklin at Coronation Arena  

The following stops will temporary be in service:

Route 4 Bayfront, eastbound:

• MacNnab at Strachan

Route 6 Aberdeen, eastbound:

• Macklin at Glen (temporary start-of-line)

Route 6 Aberdeen, westbound:

• Macklin at Glen (temporary end-of-line)

As a result of construction on Wentworth Street, Route 12 Wentworth southbound only, will be on detour from Monday, October 28, 2024, at 9 am to Friday, January 31, 2025, at 6 pm.

Route 12 Wentworth:

• Southbound To (End-of-line):  From Wentworth Street and Cannon Street turning right on Cannon Street, left on Wellington Street, left on Main Street, right on Wentworth Street and resume regular southbound routing on Wentworth Street south of Main Street.
• Northbound To (End-of-line): No Detour.

These bus stops will be closed during the detour: 

• Southbound: Wentworth at Cannon| Wentworth at Wilson | Wentworth at King | Wentworth at Main

emporary stops have been placed at these locations:

• Southbound: Wentworth at Cannon (north side of Cannon) | Wentworth at Main (south of Main)

As a result of construction on Garner Road, Wilson Street to Glancaster Road, Route 44 Rymal will be on detour from December 03, 2024, until further notice. Detour details, including detour maps, can be found below.

Detour Details:

Route 44 Rymal 

• WESTBOUND (To Tradewind & Cormorant) – No detour required.
• EASTBOUND (To Eastgate Square) - From Garner Road and Southcote Road, turning right on Southcote Road, left on Book Road, left on Glancaster Road, right on Garner Road and resume regular eastbound routing.

Stop closures:

The following stops will be closed during the detour:

Route 44 Rymal Eastbound

• All stops between Southcote and Glancaster Road are out of service.
