Application Status: The application was received on December 19, 2024 and deemed to be complete effective May 26, 2025, through order of the Ontario Land Tribunal (Case No OLT-25-000201). The draft plan of condominium application has been held in abeyance by the application.
Virtual Open House: The City of Hamilton’s Planning and Economic Development Department will being hosting a virtual open house to provide residents with an opportunity to learn about and comment on a privately-initiated proposal to expand Hamilton’s urban boundary.
