Ancaster Old Town Hall
The Ancaster Old Town Hall was built in 1870 and is one of the finest pieces of stone architecture in Ancaster. It is complete with stage, hardwood floor and arched windows with a high ceiling.

MacNab's Kitchen
In the 19th century servants were employed in large homes like Dundurn to do a variety of tasks such as cleaning, dusting, polishing and cooking. Assisted by Dundurn’s Cook Demonstrators, guests will work together to make a traditional recipe in our historic kitchen. Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore with costumed staff over 40 rooms and discover the history of the MacNab family and the servants who lived and worked below stairs.

Battlefield Park
Battlefield Park is nestled under the Niagara escarpment with its acres of forest, parkland and heritage gardens. A sheltered pavilion with two early-19th century homes, a small creek that meanders through the park and a magnificent stone monument create the perfect setting.

The Pavilion at Dundurn
Dundurn National Historic Site offers a sheltered pavilion with picnic tables and use of the grounds. Ask about a guided tour of Dundurn Castle for your guests. Enjoy a visit to The Historic Kitchen Garden.

Fieldcote Memorial Park
Fieldcote Memorial Park includes seven acres of woodland, award-winning naturalized perennial gardens and charming Tudor-style cottage architecture. Your guests will enjoy walking along the woodland trails admiring the many species of Carolinian plants and flowers.

Please be advised that there is a temporary hold on grounds rentals at Whitehern Historic House & Garden. Whitehern will remain open during public operating hours and will continue to offer tours, programming and indoor daytime rentals.
Whitehern Garden and Grounds
Whitehern Historic House & Garden features formal elegance and charm surrounded by spectacular perennial gardens. The McQuesten family cherished the garden as an oasis. You can request that some old-fashioned games be provided while you picnic in the garden.
