Access restriction to Governors Rd between Moss Blvd and Creighton Rd beginning Monday

HAMILTON, ON – In order to accommodate road resurfacing in the area, the City of Hamilton will be implementing access restriction to Governors Rd between Moss Blvd and Creighton Rd beginning Monday, June 17 between the hours of 5 p.m. and 5 a.m.

Crews will begin paving at Moss Blvd and Governors Rd, working towards the intersection of Creighton Rd and Governors Rd. Motorists will experience restricted access to Governors Rd during this time. During the overnight hours, traffic will be rerouted to Highland Park Ave.

Motorists travelling through the area may experience heavy delays.

The project is expected to be completed by Wednesday, June 19, weather permitting.
