Winter Response Strategy
The City of Hamilton, along with community partners, have implemented an elevated standard of winter response, with ongoing availability of services over the winter months to better address the needs of people experiencing homelessness.
The program is effective from December 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025.
Preventing and Ending Homelessness
The City of Hamilton funds and monitors programs that together work to support individuals and families in stabilizing housing and preventing homelessness wherever possible and in quickly ending experiences of homelessness.
