The City of Hamilton collects information under authority of the s. 29(2) of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 1990 and in accordance with the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014 and regulations thereto. Any personal information collected for Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) system will be used for/to assess your organization’s participation in the CWELCC system. By providing your email address, you are consenting to receiving emails from the City of Hamilton and/or their agents/contractors for the purposes of participating in the CWLECC system. Information collected for this initiative may be stored on servers located in Canada and may be subject to Canadian laws.
