Celebrate NBA Superstar Shai Gilgeous-Alexander
The City of Hamilton is proud to announce a special community celebration honouring hometown hero and global basketball superstar Shai Gilgeous-Alexander for his record-breaking 2024-25 NBA season.

Hamilton Stadium is the home of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League and the Forge FC of the Canadian Premier League. Hamilton Stadium has hosted a multitude of sporting events such as the 2022 NHL Heritage Winter Classic, FIFA World Cup qualifier, Canada Women's National Soccer, Nitro Circus, Vanier Cup, 2015 Pan AM Games in soccer, and musical acts such as Keith Urban, Billy Talent and Hamilton’s own Arkell’s to name a few.
