RZone Incident Reporting

All incidents under the RZone policy should be reported within 24 hours. Members of the public that are involved in or witness a situation at a City facility can report it to directly to an employee. They will, with your assistance, complete an incident report.

If the situation occurs at an outdoor City facility where staff are not available, an online incident report form should be completed. To do this, please fill out the RZone Incident Report form.

Your report will be kept confidential in accordance with the City of Hamilton’s privacy policy.

Whether reported in person or online, the report will be logged by City staff and will either be dealt with directly by the City or forwarded to the appropriate organization for follow-up.

The City of Hamilton collects information under authority of Section 227 of the Municipal Act, 2001. Any personal information collected for the RZone Policy will be used for/to incident management and follow up.
