The Spring Tide Bulb Show is a journey to an oasis with beautiful flower displays and the smell of spring.

March 7 to 16, 2025 - Gage Park Greenhouse

Free Admission & Parking

Hundreds of spring bulbs will be on display at the Gage Park Greenhouse. There will also be a vendor market place, café and flower shop. This annual event occurs in March and the themes change annually. The Spring Tide Bulb Show is located at Gage Park Greenhouse.

This is a great way to spend time with family. Bring the family, participate in our scavenger hunt and enjoy the first sights, sounds, and smells of spring!

Free admission and parking. Donations to Hamilton Food Share are appreciated. Canned goods and monetary donations will be accepted. Thanks for supporting Hamilton Food Share and local vendors.

In Hamilton
Follow Gage Avenue, south of Main Street East, to Lawrence Road and enter the park at the Roselawn Lawn Bowling Club.

From Niagara/Buffalo
Take the QEW to the Red Hill Valley Parkway. Take the King Street exit and continue through the King Street intersection on to Lawrence Road. Continue on Lawrence Road and enter Gage Park at the Roselawn Bowling Club.

From Toronto
Take the QEW to Hwy. 403 and exit at Main Street East. Continue east to Gage Avenue and then south (right) to Lawrence Road. Enter Gage Park at the Roselawn Bowling Club.

From Guelph
Take Hwy. 6 to Hwy. 403 and exit at Main Street East. Continue east to Gage Avenue and then south (right) to Lawrence Road. Enter Gage Park at the Roselawn Bowling Club.

From Kitchener/London
Take Hwy. 403 eastbound and exit at Main Street East. Continue east to Gage Avenue and then south (right) to Lawrence Road. Enter Gage Park at the Roselawn Bowling Club.

Insurance

To protect vendors and the City, all vendors must have insurance. Please review the below information for insurance requirements. Your vendor booth will not be permitted to take place and you will not be permitted to use City property or services without acceptable proof of insurance.

Proof of insurance must be emailed to [email protected] once application is approved.

The Certificate of Insurance must include the following information:

Name of insurer (the insurance company)
Policy number and term of policy
Type of policy (e.g. General Liability Policy)
The name of event
Event dates (including set up and take down dates)
Event location
Description of event activities to be insured
City of Hamilton named as additional insured
The “Name Insured” on the certificate must match the name of the organizer/organization as indicated on your event application
Minimum of $2 million dollars in third party liability insurance.

Terms & Conditions

Insurance

I understand that I need to purchase insurance for this event.

Booth Set-up

I understand set up is 2 hours from 7 to 9 am. Booth area must be set up by 9 am no exceptions.
- Weekend & Full Show Vendors setup Friday from 7 to 9 am. Once booth is setup, daily access from 8 to 9 am.
- I am required to bring my own table and chair.

Booth Staffing

I understand that my booth needs to be staffed 9 am to 7 pm for the duration of the marketplace. I am also required to leave my space in a tidy manner at all times.

Cash & Valuables

I understand I can leave my set up items overnight and during the week for weekend vendors. Doors and gates will be locked. Please remove all cash and valuables.

Vehicle Access

I understand that Gage Park Parking Lot Entrance is off Lawrence Road. No vehicle access or parking directly by the Greenhouse Marketplace. Each vendor is responsible for transporting their goods from the main Gage Park Parking Lot down the pathway to the Greenhouse Marketplace.

Social Media

I understand that I am required to help promote the market leading up to the event. Social Media Share Kits will be provided by the City of Hamilton.

Refunds

I understand that payments are non-refundable.

The City of Hamilton collects information under authority of Section 227 of the Municipal Act, 2001. Any personal information collected through this application form for Vendor Marketplace Application will be used for communicating the approval and confirmation of vendor applications.
