All Temporary Outdoor Patios located on municipal property are required to obtain a Certificate of Insurance for a minimum of $5 million dollars in third party liability insurance. The Certificate of insurance must include: name of insurer, policy number and term of policy, type of policy: General Liability Policy, limit of policy: $5 million per occurrence, named insured, description of temporary outdoor patio and activities to be insured, dates of temporary outdoor patio, City of Hamilton is added as an ‘Additional Insured’, signature of insurance provider or broker
