Mental Health Week
Join us in celebrating Mental Health Week by exploring the concept of masking and talking about the masks we wear, stigma and mental health in ways that are supportive and affirming. Mental health is something that everyone has, it is how we feel, think and act. Sometimes, the calm smile we show the world hides the struggles we may be feeling inside. Talking about mental health and seeking help is important for our mental well-being.
