Is your child at risk of school suspension due to missing vaccine records?
If your child requires a vaccine(s), the following are options available to you:
Family Doctor: connect with your family doctor to ensure your child's vaccines are up to date.
Walk-in Clinic: if you do not have a family doctor but you have a health card or
Public Health Community/Suspension Clinic: book an appointment at hamilton.ca/awaiting
