Attend Judges Training and Meet Ward Coach

You are required to attend one of the mandatory training sessions covering an overview of the judging criteria and the use of online judging tools. Judges are encouraged to attend in-person training, as each session will include a meet-and-greet with the ward coaches responsible for supporting you throughout the judging process. Virtual training sessions will also be offered for those unable to attend in-person.

Receive Judging Assignment

You will receive a list of nominated gardens in your assigned ward to judge and score in person. Additionally, you will be provided with the name of your ward coach, whom you may contact for support during the judging process.

Complete Assignments and Submit Scores

Utilize your training to score each assigned property and submit scores online before the specified deadline. Contact your ward coach with any questions.
