Community Recreation Centre Rooms
Looking for a convenient and affordable space to host meetings and events?
The City of Hamilton’s Recreation centres offer community room rentals at select locations.
Important dates
- Pools, Gyms and Community Rooms in Recreation Centres follow a seasonal booking window.
- Requests for September to June are accepted beginning in April.
- Requests for July and August are accepted beginning in February.
Community Rooms
- Rates are based on size of room being requested
- Room capacities will vary depending on type of activity and room set up requirements.
- Minimum 1-hour booking, may book in 30 minute increments after the first hour.
- Be advised that the City prioritizes community access and programs and has limited availability for gym rentals.
