Phone service is available 7-days-a-week, including holidays, from 7:30 am to 8 pm.
The following levels of service will operate on upcoming holidays. This information is subject to change based on seasonal schedules. HSR’s Customer Service Centre at 36 Hunter St. East will be closed on holidays.

| Monday, January 1, 2024 | New Year's Day | Buses will be running on a *Sunday schedule, with the last trips leaving downtown at approximately 10 pm. |
| Monday, February 19, 2024 | Family Day | Buses will be running on a *Sunday schedule, with the last trips leaving downtown at approximately 10 pm. |
| Friday, March 29, 2024 | Good Friday | Buses will be running on a *Sunday schedule, with the last trips leaving downtown at approximately 10 pm. |
| Monday, April 1, 2024 | Easter Monday | Buses will be on a regular weekday schedule. |
| Monday, May 20, 2024 | Victoria Day | Buses will be running on a *Sunday schedule. |
| Monday, July 1, 2024 | Canada Day | Buses will be running on a *Sunday schedule. |
| Monday, August 5, 2024 | Civic Holiday | Buses will be running on a *Sunday schedule. |
| Monday, September 2, 2024 | Labour Day | Buses will be running on a *Sunday schedule. |
| Monday, September 30, 2024 | National Day for Truth and Reconciliation | Buses will be on a regular weekday schedule. |
| Monday, October 14, 2024 | Thanksgiving | Buses will be running on a *Sunday schedule, with the last trips leaving downtown at approximately 10 pm. |
| Wednesday, December 25, 2024 | Christmas Day | Buses will start slightly later than usual and last trips leaving downtown will be at approximately 9 pm. |
| Thursday, December 26, 2024 | Boxing Day | Buses serving malls will operate with a Saturday schedule while all other bus routes will operate on a *Sunday schedule. |
*Sunday Schedule: Holidays specifying that buses will be running on a Sunday schedule refer to:
- TransCab service will align with HSR Sunday schedules.
- These bus routes do not provide service:
- 12 Wentworth
- 42 Mohawk East
- 52 Dundas Local
- Unless otherwise specified the last trips will be leaving downtown at approximately 12 am.
