2026 CEF Intake
The 2026 City Enrichment Fund intake period opens October 1 for programs taking place in 2026.
- Applications are due by 4 pm November 17, 2025.
- Agriculture applications are due by 4 pm December 5, 2025.
About Digital Program
To support organizations, events and activities that support efforts to achieve digital equity, promote digital inclusion, and spur greater adoption of broadband among underserved populations.
All programs funded through the Digital Program will support Hamilton’s community vision, Our Future Hamilton.
Digital Equity Initiatives Stream
To support organizations, events and activities that support efforts to achieve digital equity, promote digital inclusion, increase digital literacy within the community.
The Digital Program – Digital Equity Initiatives stream supports the planning, delivery and administration of a variety of initiatives that bridge the digital gap ensuring all City of Hamilton residents have access to the resources, opportunities and skills needed to thrive in our increasingly digital world. Through this Digital Equity Initiatives stream, the CEF program will look to invest in partners who will deliver impactful programs aimed at building community members’ digital literacy skills as well as facilitating access to existing opportunities related to internet service, technological devices and digital programming.

Information Sessions
Digital - Virtual
October 17, 12 noon to 1 pm
The digital program area is open to eligible organizations within various sector areas. This sessions provide an overview of the Digital program area with examples of digital literacy, infrastructure, and community leadership programs and concludes with a Q&A.
Digital - New and Returning Applicants - Drop In Sessions
October 21, 5 to 6 pm
October 24, 12 to 1 pm
Open to new and returning applicants to the Digital Equity Stream that may require additional support beyond quick responses by phone or email. These focused online mini sessions provide an opportunity for enhanced support.
