Veevers Estate Accessibility Improvements

The Veevers Estate, current home of Green Venture’s Eco House located at 22 Veevers Drive in east Hamilton, will be undergoing accessibility improvements.

This project is funded in part by the Government of Canada’s Enabling Accessibility Fund. It will provide important features so that this building can be used by all Hamiltonians and visitors. By improving accessibility at EcoHouse, Green Venture hopes to expand their reach and better promote sustainable living options to Ontarians in the region.

Project features:

• An accessible exterior ramp
• Installation of two accessible doors
• Construction of an accessible washroom

Estimated completion: Fall 2024
