Drop-in Gym Programs
Drop-In programs are a fun and positive way to practice new skills, get your daily dose of physical activity and spend time with family and friends.

Adapted Yoga
A yoga program made for individuals living with additional needs or disabilities and their families who require an adapted fitness format which modifies yoga movements to the abilities of all types of bodies.
Badminton 18+
Drop in for a singles game of badminton for 18+. All skill levels welcome. Recreational level racquets and shuttlecocks available.
Badminton 55+
Drop in for a game of badminton for ages 55+. All skill levels welcome. Recreational level racquets and shuttlecocks available.
Badminton (17 and under with Adult)
Drop in for a game of badminton. Program for youth 17 and under. Youth must be accompanied by a participating adult. All skill levels welcome. Recreational level racquets and shuttlecocks available.
Basketball 13-17
Join an unstructured game of pick up basketball with those 13-17 years in attendance. Gym is supervised to provide a safe environment.
Basketball 18+
Join an unstructured game of pick up basketball with those 18+ years in attendance.
Basketball 55+
Join an unstructured game of pick up basketball with those 55+ years in attendance. Gym is supervised to provide a safe environment.
Game and Activity Time (17 and under with Adult)
Drop in for some fun and games in our games rooms. Open to youth 17 and under when accompanied by an adult. Amenities could include video game systems, game tables, and board games. Amenities vary by location.
Open Gym - Adapted
Open Gym for individuals who are living with additional needs or a disability and their families who require an adapted gym format. If required, one support person may be admitted free of charge.
Open Gym
Unstructured, supervised drop-in play for all ages. Activities and equipment will be monitored to provide a safe environment.
Open Gym 6-12
Unstructured, supervised drop-in play for 6-12 year olds. Activities and equipment will be monitored to provide a safe environment.
Open Gym Youth
Unstructured, supervised drop-in play for 9-12 year olds or 13-17 year olds depending on the program offering. Activities and equipment will be monitored to provide a safe environment.
Open Gym (17 and under with Adult)
Unstructured drop-in play for youth 17 and under accompanied by a parent/guardian who remains in the gym to participate with their children. Activities and equipment will be monitored to provide a safe environment.
Open Gym Parent & Tot
Unstructured, supervised drop-in play for 0-5 year olds with parent/guardian supervision. Activities and equipment will be monitored to provide a safe environment.
Pickleball
Drop in for a game of pickleball. Pickleball is a game resembling tennis that uses a paddle to hit a perforated ball over a net. All skill levels welcome. Recreational level paddles and balls are available.
Pickleball (17 and under with Adult)
Drop in for a game of pickleball for youth 17 and under. Youth must be accompanied by a participating adult. This program is geared to a beginner skill level. Recreational level racquets and balls available.
Soccer 9-12
Join a game of soccer with those 9 to 12 years in attendance.
Soccer 18+
Join a game of soccer with those 18+ years in attendance.
Table Tennis
Drop in for a recreational game of table tennis. Children and youth under 17 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Beginner level paddles and table tennis balls are provided.
Table Tennis (17 and under with Adult)
Drop in for a game of table tennis for youth 17 and under. Youth must be accompanied by a participating adult. Beginner level paddles and table tennis balls are provided.
Track
Individual and household reservations are available for the indoor track. The track can be used for walking or light jogging for singles or up to 5 people living in the same house. Track direction changes daily. Please wear non-marking running shoes on the track. Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Volleyball 13-17
Join a game of volleyball with those 13 - 17 years in attendance.
Volleyball 18+
Join a game of volleyball with those 18+ years in attendance.
Volleyball 55+
Join a game of volleyball with those 55+ years in attendance.
