Fire Stations
New Waterdown Fire & Police Station
The City of Hamilton is building a new 43,000 sq.ft combined Fire Station 29 and Police Station 40 in Waterdown to better serve our growing community. This facility will improve emergency response times, modernize services, and enhance community safety.
The site will also include:
- Collision Reporting Centre
- 911 Call Centre
- Joint Fire and Police Dispatch Centre and Training Facility
Project Timeline
Current status as of June 2025 - Contractor mobilization is underway, construction fencing and preparation to begin underground servicing work.
