Overnight and evening road work on Mall Road

HAMILTON, ON –  In an effort to complete the roadway resurfacing, the City of Hamilton has hired Associated Paving to work on Mall Road (access road to Lime Ridge Mall from Mohawk Road East) during the evening and overnight hours of this week.

The timing was selected in order to best manage traffic flows associated with the adjacent strip malls and Lime Ridge Mall operating hours.

Although some preparatory work will take place during regular work hours, additional work is scheduled for the following (weather permitting):

• Tuesday, August 28, 2018 – 6 pm to 7 am on Wednesday, August 29, 2018
• Wednesday, August 29, 2018 – 9 pm to 7 am on Thursday, August 30, 2018
• Thursday, August 30, 2018 – 9 pm to 7 am on Friday, August 31, 2018

Please note that this work will result in excessive noise during the evening and overnight hours. The City of Hamilton, and its vendor, will make every effort to complete the work in a timely manner in order to keep any inconvenience to nearby residents to a minimum.
