Services lower Hamilton east - west from Hamilton GO in the west to Eastgate Square in the east. The KING 1A route also services West Hamilton Loop to Hamilton GO on weekdays only.

• Westbound – At Main and Edgemont, right on Edgemont, left on Dunsmure, right on King, and resume regular routing.
• Eastbound – At the Delta (where Main and King intersect), stay right on King, left on Ottawa, right on Maple, left on Edgemont, right on Main, and resume regular routing.

An east - west route that stretches from downtown Hamilton in the west to Stoney Creek in the east. Stoney Creek Trans-Cab Service operates Weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays as an extension of Route 2 when in service.

Routes 2 Barton, 3 Cannon, 4 Bayfront and 20 A Line will be on detour on the second Friday of each month from 5 pm to 11 pm. This is due to a road closure on James Street; York Boulevard/Wilson Street to Murray Street for Art Crawl.

Route 2 Barton - Westbound

• Buses will detour from Barton at John, turning left on John Street, right on Rebecca Street, and left on James Street to resume the regular route south of Rebecca.

Route 3 Cannon - Westbound

• Buses will detour from Cannon at John, turning left on John Street, right on Rebecca Street, and left on James Street to resume the regular route south of Rebecca.

Route 4 Bayfront

• Eastbound buses will continue north on MacNab Street from Murray Street, then turn right on Strachan Street and left on James Street to resume the regular route north of Strachan.
• Westbound buses will detour from James at Strachan, turning left on Strachan Street, right on John Street, right on Rebecca Street, and left on James Street to resume the regular route south of Rebecca.

Route 20 A-Line

• Northbound buses will detour from James at Main, turning right on Main Street, left on John Street, left on Strachan Street, and right on James Street to resume the regular route north of Strachan.
• Southbound buses will detour from James at Strachan, turning left on Strachan Street, right on John Street, right on Rebecca Street, and left on James Street to resume the regular route south of Rebecca.

An east-west route that travels from downtown Hamilton in the west to just past Parkdale Ave. in the east.

Eastbound - From Wilson Street and Wentworth Street, Right on Wentworth Street, Left on Main Street, Left on Sherman Avenue, Right on Cannon Street and resume regular eastbound routing on Cannon Street east of Sherman Avenue.

Westbound - No Detour

Both an east-west and a north-south route servicing the north end of the city from downtown to the Greenhill area near Red Hill Valley.

Right on Main St, left on James St, resume regular routing north of York Blvd/Cannon St.

Route 7 Locke - Eastbound Detour from Bay St at Main St.
Continue east on Main St, left on John St, left on Rebecca St, left on James St, resume regular routing south of Rebecca St.

Route 8 York - Westbound Detour from Bay St at King St
Left on King St, right on Hess St, left on Cannon St, resume regular routing west of Hess St.

Route 5 - Delaware

• Route 5 to Head Street – From Osler and South, buses will continue on Osler, right on Dundas, resume regular route.
• Route 5 to Downtown – From Dundas and Osler, buses will turn left on Osler, resume regular route past South.
• Route 5B to Pirie and Governors – From Osler and South, buses will continue on Osler, left on Dundas, regular Route past Ogilvie.
• Route 5B to Downtown – From Governors and Ogilvie, buses will, continue on Governors, right on Osler, resume regular route past South.

Route 52 - Dundas Local

• Route 52 to Watsons Lane Loop – From Ogilvie and South, buses will continue east on South, left on Osler, resume regular route past Dundas.
• Route 52 to Orchard and Pleasant – From Main and Dundas, buses will continue on Main to Osler, right on South, resume regular route past Ogilvie.

Both an east-west and a north-south route servicing the south-west end of the city from then downtown. This route is interlined with 7 Locke and 8 York.

Operates from James and Main to Rock Gardens, Woodland Cemetery and Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Along most of the Rock Gardens route, buses will stop only at designated bus stops. In Woodland and Holy Sepulchre Cemeteries, however, the bus will stop anywhere on request. Simply flag the bus driver so he/she knows to stop. The "flag zones" are indicated on the map.

An east-west route traveling from University Plaza in the west end to Eastgate Square in the east end.  This route is interlined with 55 Stoney Creek Central and 58 Stoney Creek Local.

Travels the furthest north of all HSR routes, looping at the Burlington Bus Terminal. This route also travels along an expressway.

Runs on a clockwise loop using Wentworth, Stinson, Victoria and Burlington Streets. 

Travels between Meadowlands Transit Terminal and the shopping complex at Wilson and Garner. This route is interlined with 43 - Stone Church.
