Road Closure Overview
Detour times are approximate.
- James Street - Barton Street to Burlington Street from 7:30 am to approximately 3:30 pm.
- Bay Street - Stuart Street to Strachan Street from 7:30 am to approximately 3:30 pm.
- Strachan Street - James Street to May Street from 5 am to approximately 3:30 pm.
- Burlington Street - James Street to Kenilworth Avenue from 8 am to approximately 11:30 am. *Buses can operate eastbound along Burlington Street from Sherman Avenue easterly.
- Woodward Avenue - the northbound lanes (between Nikola Tesla Blvd. and Eastport Drive) will be closed from 9 am to approximately 11:30 am.
- Beach Boulevard - Woodward Avenue to Eastport Drive from 9 am to approximately 12 pm.
- Eastport Drive - Beach Boulevard and North Shore Boulevard from 9 am to approximately 12:30 pm.
- North Shore Boulevard - Eastport Drive to Plains Road from 9 am until approximately 1 pm.
- York Boulevard - Plains Road to Locke Street from 8 am until approximately 2 pm.
- Dundurn Street - at York Boulevard - will be closed to all traffic from 8 am until approximately 2 pm.

WESTBOUND (To Downtown)
- From Industrial Drive at Ottawa Street

- left on Gage Avenue

EASTBOUND (From Downtown)
- From York Boulevard at MacNab Street
- continue east on York Boulevard

Westbound - No Detour
From York Blvd. at Locke St to Dundurn St. buses will be operating alongside the runners who will be using the mostly northerly lane.

- right on Eastport Drive
- right on Beach Boulevard
- right on QEW Toronto ramp
- continue on QEW
- exit QEW at Fairview Street
- right on Fairview Street
- right on Maple Avenue
- left on Lakeshore Road
- resume regular routing to the Burlington Terminal
Note: while on Beach Boulevard look for customers standing at northbound stops and wave them over to your bus.
Southbound (To Hamilton)
- From Lakeshore Road at Maple Avenue
- right on Maple Avenue
- left on Fairview Street to QEW Niagara
- exit onto Eastport Drive
- continue on Eastport Drive resuming regular routing south of Lakeshore Road
- continue on regular route to Beach Blvd. at Woodward Ave
- left on Woodward Ave
- exit at Nikola Tesla Blvd
- continue on Nikola Tesla Blvd
- exit onto Burlington Street
- left on Parkdale Avenue
- resume regular routing on Parkdale Avenue, south of Glow Avenue
Northbound
- From James Street at Main Street

- proceed to temporary end of line on James Street at Colbourne Street
