Christmas Day 2024
HSR buses will operate on a special holiday schedule on Christmas Day (Wednesday, December 25, 2024). Select Holiday on the schedule type drop down below to view the Christmas Day schedules.
Bus Stop Changes
Effective December 29, 2024, these bus stop changes will be in effect.
Route 1A King Parkdale
Route 1A will be moving from Osler Drive to Main Street West continuing to Wilson Street East for both westbound and eastbound connecting to the West Hamilton Loop on weekdays only.

Route 43 - Stone Church (Christmas Day)
Travels east - west from Highland at Saltfleet School to the Meadowlands Terminal. This route interligns with Route 16 - Ancaster.

Route 44 - Rymal (Fall Schedule)
Travels east - west from Stoney Creek Walmart to Ancaster Business Park via Eastgate Square. Glanbrook Trans-Cab Service operates Weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays as an extension of Route 44 when in service.

Detour of Route 44 - Rymal for Garner Road Construction
As a result of construction on Garner Road, Wilson Street to Glancaster Road, Route 44 Rymal will be on detour from December 03, 2024, until further notice. Detour details, including detour maps, can be found below.
Detour Details:
Route 44 Rymal
- WESTBOUND (To Tradewind & Cormorant) – No detour required.
- EASTBOUND (To Eastgate Square) - From Garner Road and Southcote Road, turning right on Southcote Road, left on Book Road, left on Glancaster Road, right on Garner Road and resume regular eastbound routing.
Stop closures:
The following stops will be closed during the detour:
Route 44 Rymal Eastbound
- All stops between Southcote and Glancaster Road are out of service.

Route 51 – University (Fall Schedule)
Travels east-west, from the Hamilton GO Centre to the West Hamilton Loop. Service on Route 51 will resume on Sunday, September 1, 2024. A University Special will operate on a Saturday frequency beginning Monday, August 26 until Saturday, August 31 for McMaster Orientation Week.
