Construction on Rymal Road between Garth Street and Upper Paradise Road beginning Monday

HAMILTON, ON – March 22, 2017 - On Monday, March 27, 2017 the City of Hamilton will begin construction work on Rymal Road between Garth Street and Upper Paradise Road. The project involves updated street lighting, a multi-use asphalt pathway, concrete curbs, sidewalks, watermain work and a new asphalt roadway. Traffic signal improvements will also be implemented, including a new signal on Rymal Road at Davinci Blvd/Spadara Drive.

Lane restrictions will be required to complete this work. Motorists should expect delays in the area. HSR service will be maintained but passengers may experience delays. Work on Rymal Road is expected to be complete by October 2017.
