Digital copies must be named in an organized and descriptive manner according to this format: 00_71MainSTW_CoverLetter_02-07-2025
- 00 - Index Number
- 71MainSTW - Condensed Address
- CoverLetter - Condensed Name
- 02-07-2025 - Date
For Example, your set of files should look like:
- 01_71MainSTW_ApplicationForm_02-07-2025
- 02_71MainSTW_Aerial_02-07-2025
- 03_71MainSTW_Survey_02-07-2025
