City of Hamilton issues notice of action respecting construction of Tim Hortons Field

Hamilton, ON – April 28, 2016 – The City of Hamilton has issued a Notice of Action in Superior Court in Hamilton in respect of the construction of Tim Hortons Field. The Notice was issued to preserve the City's legal rights. The City continues to work with all parties in an effort to settle the construction and delay matters.
