City of Hamilton responding to three water main breaks

HAMILTON, ON - Public Works staff are currently responding to three water main breaks at Andrew Warburton Memorial Park, Ottawa St. and Maple Ave., and London St. South and Lawrence Rd.

Some homes in the area of Andrew Warburton Memorial Park have experienced flooding. 

Staff have shut down the water in the affected areas and some homes will be without water for the duration of the repairs. It is expected that repairs will be complete and water restored to residents by 7 am on Saturday, December 16.

The cause of the breaks are unknown at this time.
