Construction to begin March 20 on Upper Sherman between Rymal and Stone Church Road

HAMILTON, ON – March 15, 2017 - Construction will begin on Upper Sherman Avenue between Rymal and Stone Church Road March 20, 2017 and run through to December, 2017. The City of Hamilton will be making improvements to the road, sidewalks and storm sewers, and replacing the watermain. The work also involves road widening, providing pedestrian crossings and improving flow for bicycles and vehicles.

Construction on Sherman Avenue will occupy the entire road width, however, local and emergency access will be maintained.
