Eastbound lanes of Burlington St E overpass closed beginning Monday

HAMILTON, ON - To safely complete bridge rehabilitation, the City of Hamilton will close the eastbound lanes of the Burlington St E overpass between Gage Ave N and Sherman Ave N beginning Monday, October 4, 2021 for approximately four weeks.

The work is expected to wrap up on or before November 1, 2021, weather permitting.  

Westbound traffic will not be impacted by this work.

HSR will not be impacted by this closure.

Motorists can continue to travel east around the overpass closure by staying on the surface roadway, Burlington Street E.
