First Annual Reports use data to improve emergency service delivery
HAMILTON, ON - May 18, 2017 - On Thursday, May 18, 2017 at the Emergency and Community Services Committee, the annual reports from the Hamilton Fire Department and Hamilton Paramedic Services will be presented. The data available in both these reports will help increase the ability of these emergency services to deliver and measure the level of service that the City requires. The reports identify the results both Hamilton Fire Department and Hamilton Paramedic Services have achieved over the past year through implementing evidence based decision making, and incorporating performance measurement and benchmarking.
