Hamilton Fire Department makes it easier to request and pay for Fire Services online
HAMILTON, ON – The Hamilton Fire Department is expanding and enhancing how residents and businesses can request and apply for Fire services. The new online offerings, available at www.hamilton.ca/FireRequests, are part of the Hamilton Fire Department’s ongoing commitment to ensure services are accessible, convenient and efficient.
More than 30 Hamilton Fire Department services are now available online for request and payment, including fire permits, inspections and reports, as well as for fire safety education and programs – making it easier for residents to request the services they need.

- As outlined in the 10-year Fire Service Delivery Plan, the Hamilton Fire Department is committed to developing the capability for residents and businesses to request and pay for Fire services online.
- Requests and payment through the Hamilton Fire Department continue to be available by phone, in person and by requesting paper copies, where applicable. Note: in-person services are currently on hold due to COVID-19.
