More 40th Anniversary Summer Fun at the Hamilton Children’s Museum

HAMILTON, ON – Don’t miss out on two upcoming Anniversary events at the Hamilton Children’s Museum, 1072 Main St. E. (Gage Park), August 11 and 17.

Shop for deals on gently-used goods at the Garage Sale for Kids by Kids on Sat. Aug. 11 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and enjoy 1978 admission rates - .50 cents for adults and .25 cents for children - all day long. Vendor registrations are still open to children aged 6 to 12 years. An excellent opportunity for adults and their children to engage in activities about financial literacy.

On Fri. Aug. 17 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., explore found sounds that changed the world, from sea shell trumpets to farm tools, in this interactive workshop by sound artist and children's edutainer Dave Gould. Enjoy 1978 admission rates - .50 cents for adults and .25 cents for children - when you visit on this evening.
