Notice of Amendments to City's Procedural By-Law
Please take notice that the Audit, Finance & Administration Committee, at its meeting scheduled for 9:30 am on Thursday, September 22, 2022 will consider amendments to the City of Hamilton Procedural By-law 21-021, as amended:
The proposed changes include:
- Increasing the membership of the Emergency and Community Services Committee to 7 members of Council,
- Adjusting the order of items within the Standing Committee Agendas,
- To move the Staff Presentations up on the agenda under Delegation Requests, with Delegations being separated out from ‘Public Hearings/Delegations’ and moved up, under Staff Presentations, so that the delegations can be heard immediately following the Staff Presentations.
