Temporary access restrictions at Hamilton Waterfront Trail floating bridge May 12-20

Hamilton, ON – Thursday, May 12, 2016 – The City of Hamilton is advising the public there will be no through access at the Hamilton Waterfront Trail floating bridge in the Desjardins Canal from Macklin St. N. to Bayfront Park starting today until Friday, May 20, 2016 during weekday daytime hours (approximately 8 am to 4 pm) due to overhead construction work as part of a CN Rail project.

Work will continue May through December. Brief, temporary, unscheduled delays may continue to occur. The Public Works Department thanks the community for their patience and cooperation.
