Temporary Closure of Eastbound Lane Section on South Service Road

HAMILTON, ON – The City of Hamilton is advising the public on upcoming closure of the Eastbound lane on South Service Road between Fruitland Road and Jones Road.  The temporary closure is to allow for completion of the next phase of municipal sewer rehabilitation work.

Closure of the Eastbound lane on South Service Road between Fruitland Road and Jones Road will be as follows:

• Closed - January 17 to January 20, 2017  (Day and Night)
• Open - January 21 to January 22, 2017 (Day and Night)
• Closed - January 23 to February 10, 2017 (Day and Night)

During closure, traffic should follow detour routes along Fruitland Road, Arvin Avenue, Barton Street, and Jones Road.
