Temporary mid-point closure of Wentworth Stairs beginning Monday

HAMILTON, ON – In order to safely complete milling and paving repairs on the west leg of the Sherman access, the City of Hamilton will temporarily close the Wentworth stairs mid-point access beginning Monday August 20 until Friday, August 24, 2018.

While the stairs will still be accessible for fitness purposes during the repair work, there will be no through access across the west leg of the Sherman Access.

The City thanks residents for their patience and cooperation during this temporary closure.
