Volunteers Needed for Rendez-vous Tall Ships Regatta

HAMILTON, ON - June 13, 2017 – On Friday, June 30 and Saturday, July 1, 40,000 people are expected at Hamilton’s Pier 8 Waterfront to see and tour 11 majestic Tall Ships. The City of Hamilton is looking for enthusiastic and customer service-oriented volunteers to support this amazing event.

Volunteers are required to assist with:

• Deck tours line management
• Family-friendly and nautical-themed activities
• Information provision
• Transport of Captains and crew members
• Event set-up and operation
• Parking
• Waste diversion
