Open Streets Community Partner Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Community Activation Partner at Open Streets Hamilton.

To participate, your activation must:

Leave no trace on King Street once the road reopens.
Be non-partisan and non-commercial.
Offer free participation for the public.

Key information:

There is no vendor fee to participate in Open Streets.
Open Streets is not a festival - it is a community street event designed to encourage activity, connection, and play.
No external vending is permitted. All purchases during Open Streets must be made from established businesses located along the route or within the Downtown BIA or International Village BIA.
Booth sizes are flexible based on your needs - past activations have included everything from small setups to a full-sized pickleball court.
Setup begins at 9:00 am. All activations must be fully set up by 9:50 am.
Power (hydro) is not available.
Tents, tables, and chairs are not provided - please bring any equipment you require.

By participating in this event, I understand that at this event, photos, audio and videos may be recorded. By attending this event, I may be included in these photos, audio and videos. My attendance at this event grants your permission to be in these photos, audio or videos, which may be used for promotional, educational, archival purposes by partners and funders.

By registering I agree to have my activation shared through various channels to promote Open Streets 2025.
