The document shared with the Mayors Office and City Manager (CAO) was a further breakdown of discussions of the HBSPCA building at 245 Dartnall. At this point there is no written document which would suggest we have entered negotiations from the CIty on their position. The document was shared to invite for a meeting to discuss.
