Caledon Community Collaborative is an affordable housing project aimed at creating an environmentally sustainable, safe, and age-friendly community which adds social and economic value to Hamilton’s Yeoville neighbourhood. It was formed by Hamilton East Kiwanis Non-Profit Homes Inc. and Victoria Park Community Homes - two partners that bring a long history of developing and managing successful family-oriented communities. As the two largest private non-profit housing providers in Hamilton, these organizations come to 60 Caledon with nearly a century of experience serving over 4,000 households.
We are seeking to highlight the merits of the Caledon Community Collaborative project and seek funding supports to ensure the project can reach its full potential of affordable housing units.
