Ceremony of Remembrance at Hamilton’s Woodland Cemetery on Monday
HAMILTON, ON – On Monday, the City of Hamilton and the No Stone Left Alone Memorial Foundation will host a special ceremony at Hamilton’s Woodland Cemetery. Media partners are invited to join hundreds of students and other attendees as they place poppies on every headstone in the Field of Honour at Woodland Cemetery.
This ceremony – one of many during Veteran’s Week – will help to foster an understanding and appreciation for those who have served, and of the sacrifice of Canada’s fallen soldiers.
