City of Hamilton advising residents of an incorrect phone number on letter from Service Line Warranties of Canada (SLWC)
HAMILTON, ON – Today, the City of Hamilton is advising residents of an incorrect phone number on the front of a letter sent from Service Line Warranties of Canada (SLWC) on May 6, 2021 and providing residents with the correct contact information.
Last week, Service Line Warranties of Canada (SLWC) sent letters to Hamilton residents to provide them the option to enroll for warranty coverage of their exterior water service lines, exterior sewer/septic lines and/or interior plumbing/drainage.
A misprint on the front of the letter resulted in the wrong number being printed and residents who receive the letter are advised that the correct phone number is: 1-855-326-4730
Letters are expected to arrive between the weeks of May 10, 2021 and May 17, 2021.
