Closures on the Sherman Access near the Kenilworth Access beginning tomorrow

HAMILTON, ON – To safely complete bridge maintenance, the City of Hamilton will close sections of the Sherman Access at the Kenilworth Access beginning tomorrow.  

Starting tomorrow, April 17, the access ramp connecting the downbound Kenilworth Access to the Sherman Access will be closed. This ramp will also be closed on April 18 and April 23. The closure is expected to begin at 9 am tomorrow and should wrap up on or before the evening of April 18. The road will be open over the Easter weekend, and will be closed again on Tuesday, April 23.

Next week, the access from the downbound Sherman Access to the downbound Kenilworth Access will be closed. This ramp will be closed on April 24, 25 and 26, weather permitting. Again, the closure is expected to begin at 9 am on April 24 and should wrap up on or before the evening of April 26.

Motorists traveling in this area should take an alternate access.
