“I am proud that our community is doing what is necessary to flatten the curve. With nice weather on the way, we have to keep in mind that the COVID-19 virus is still in the community. Let’s not have all the sacrifices we’ve made so far to be for nothing and allow the gains we have made to be reversed. That means it is important that people continue to practice physical distancing and abide by the closures throughout the city. So stay close to home. Use greenspaces in your neighbourhood but only to go for a walk then return home. We will get through this pandemic. Until then, let’s continue to work together and flatten the curve.” - Mayor Fred Eisenberger
