East Leg of the Sherman Access to re-open tomorrow

HAMILTON, ON - June 7, 2017 - The East Leg of the Sherman Access was closed in both directions on Sunday, May 28 as a result of falling rocks and debris. The City has completed the necessary repairs to ensure safety along the access and it is expected to re-open to motorists ahead of the morning rush on Thursday, June 8, 2017.

The roadway is currently closed in both directions from the bottom of the Sherman Cut to the Kenilworth Access.

The City thanks motorists for their patience and cooperation as we work to ensure continued public safety along the escarpment roadways.
