Finding the status of Hamilton sport fields just got easier

HAMILTON, ON – This morning, the City of Hamilton launched a new feature on its website that makes finding the status of available sports fields quick and simple.

Starting today, visitors of the new Sports Fields page will see a map that displays the locations of all the sports fields in Hamilton. The map will indicate whether the field is open, partially open, closed for weather, under construction or closed for the season. If you are looking for a particular sports field, you can enter a location or name of a sports field to zoom directly to the desired field or use the left side panel to see all fields.
