Hamilton Children’s Museum closed for cleaning and repairs September 3 to 6, 2019

HAMILTON, ON – The Hamilton Children’s Museum at 1072 Main St. E. will be closed from September 3 to 6 for cleaning and repairs and will re-open on September 7 for fall and winter edutainment and events.

Quick facts

• Housed in an 1875 farmhouse in beautiful Gage Park, the museum was once home to Hamilton’s Gage Family.
• It has been providing family-friendly learning opportunities to the public for more than 30 years.
• Home to interactive, hands-on galleries, the museum encourages learning through self-directed play.
• Play supports a child’s learning in the areas of physical, social/emotional, language and cognitive development.
