HSR to provide free late-night service on New Year’s Eve
HAMILTON, ON – In a continuing effort to improve the experience of our customers, HSR will offer free late-night service on select routes until approximately 2:30 a.m. on New Year’s Eve. This late night-service will ensure our customers have safe transportation home after they ring in 2018.
Customers can ride the HSR for free starting at 6 p.m. on December 31, 2017.
HSR will run all routes that typically run on Sundays on New Year’s Eve, with the last buses departing at approximately 2:30 a.m.Several routes will have increased service to come every 15-30 minutes.

Extending service on New Year’s Eve is part of a broader strategy to build a more modern HSR service that improves customer experience, providing service that is customer-focused, safe and reliable.
