Lane restrictions on Concession Street beginning Monday
HAMILTON, ON – In order to accommodate construction in the area, the City of Hamilton will be implementing lane restrictions in both directions on Concession St between Upper Wentworth and Upper Sherman beginning Monday for approximately one month.
The construction – which will include rebuilding the entrance to Juravinski Hospital and upgrading sidewalks and boulevards – will begin on Monday, June 25 and is expected to wrap up on or before July 22, 2018.
Traffic will be able to travel in one lane in each direction throughout the construction. Motorists and HSR customers on routes 23 Upper Gage and 24 Upper Sherman may experience delays while traveling through the area.
Access to businesses and the hospital will be maintained throughout the duration of the construction.
The City of Hamilton thanks residents their patience as we complete these important infrastructure improvements.
