Lynden Road closed beginning July 19 for CN Rail crossing maintenance work

HAMILTON, ON – July 17, 2017 - In order for Canadian National Railway (CNR) to perform necessary repair work, Lynden Road will be closed to traffic at the rail track crossing between Margaret Street and Concession 2 Road West.

The closure will begin on Wednesday, July 19 at 8 am and is expected to wrap up by 5 pm on Saturday, July 22, 2017.

Motorists can use Highway 52, Governor’s Road and Highway 5 to detour around the closure.

The City of Hamilton thanks motorists for their patience during this closure.
